EVANGELOS BERTSEKAS
Founder / Director / Leadership Coach
Evangelos specialises in coaching leaders and professionals, with a focus on deep self-awareness. He is an expert in using transformative tools such as the Leadership Circle, the Enneagram and the Immunity to Change. Evangelos has extensively experimented with both individuals and groups, and he has developed the unique group coaching program, Metanoia, which integrates Enneagram knowledge with the Immunity to Change process.
With 17 years of corporate experience in large and mid-size organisations across Greece and the UK, Evangelos brings a wealth of practical leadership insight to his coaching. A true global nomad, he was born and raised in Athens, lived in London and currently resides in Madrid.
Evangelos is a passionate follower of the work of Dr. Claudio Naranjo and Dr. Robert Kegan, whose teachings deeply influence his approach to coaching and personal development.
AGNIESZKA WALCZUK

Agnieszka uses developmental tools and trauma informed approaches to help executives, people managers and senior professionals transform pain into purpose. Agnieszka is a leading expert in facilitating leadership development programmes using the Leadership Circle Profile suite of assessments. Her style is described as grounded, thought-provoking and intuitive. Clients appreciate her quirkiness and directness, which address the heart of the matter while being infused with wisdom and compassion.
In her career in HR and L&D, Agnieszka was recognised for her passion and tenacity in bringing pioneering perspectives and practices to the table, inspiring people to pursue what matters most in both business and life. Born in Poland, Agnieszka has lived in 4 countries, residing in the UK since 2004. Her international experience has given her a deep understanding of and attunement to intercultural challenges and nuances in leadership, relationships, and managing business in the global economy.
GIOVANNA MANTO

For the past 15 years, Giovanna has successfully partnered with leaders and teams across diverse industries and geographies. She believes that success and fulfilment are best achieved through a trusted partnership in a safe, thought-provoking space – an environment she offers wholeheartedly and unconditionally. With a background as a former industrial engineer, Giovanna brings significant experience from multinational corporations, giving her deep insight into the opportunities and challenges of organizational life.
Giovanna holds a master’s in clinical psychology for organizations, along with various professional certifications that are highly recognized in the field. She is accredited in the Leadership Circle 360 Profile, Hogan and DISC assessments, and is a Barrett Values practitioner. As a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor, Giovanna seamlessly integrates breathwork and meditation into her coaching, enhancing its effectiveness. Originally from Italy, she now resides in Amsterdam after living in several European countries. Giovanna is also actively involved in her community, serving as an elected Board Member at her children's international school and enjoys outdoor activities with her family and dog.
MERCEDES SALCE
Leadership Coach / Leadership Circle Practitioner / Creative Training Facilitator
Mercedes is a culture design specialist, executive coach, and team facilitator with over 20 years of global experience. She has partnered with organizations across industries such as technology, banking, energy, and media, helping them navigate cultural transformations and leadership development. Having led multicultural teams across Europe and LATAM, Mercedes has successfully implemented new methodologies and managed complex organizational changes, with a focus on empowering leaders to unlock their creativity and strengthen their confidence and influence.
Her coaching approach integrates systems thinking and creativity to deliver impactful results. Mercedes is passionate about building trust within teams and fostering meaningful relationships. She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serves on the board of the International Executive Coach Association (IECA) at IE University. In addition to certifications in Agility and Innovation, she is currently pursuing a certificate in Systemic Team Coaching.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, and is a former dancer. She is also a TEDx curator and mentors young environmental leaders, reflecting her passion for personal and global growth.
RÉGIS ALTADILL

Régis is an Executive and Leadership coach as well as a facilitator. He discovered his passion for coaching at Leadership Circle Europe, where he guided coaches and actively supported their certification process.

Today, he collaborates with top managers and executives in leading international companies, helping them advance their personal and professional development. Renowned for his keen listening skills, thought-provoking inquiries, and genuine dedication, Régis brings a trustworthy, empowering presence to every engagement.

Of Spanish descent and born in France, Régis has lived in the UK, Scandinavia, Eastern Africa, and Spain—an international journey that has cultivated a deep understanding of intercultural dynamics in the increasingly global business world. He speaks five languages and primarily works in French, English, and Spanish.
STEFANIE ZEEP
Leadership Coach / Leadership Circle Practitioner / Mindfulness Trainer
Stefanie is known for her ability to unlock potential through deep listening, sharp insights, and a structured yet human-centered approach. She specializes in the The Leadership Circle Profile and supporting female leaders in senior career transitions. Her expertise in emotional intelligence and psychological safety enables leaders to cultivate confidence with an authentic voice, and a coaching mindset—empowering them to inspire and partner their teams.

She also facilitates peer learning in small reflective groups, employing generative dialogue from Theory U and awareness-based techniques to foster deep integration and self-leadership. In addition, Stefanie supports start-up entrepreneurs in cultivating a culture of empowerment within their self-organised teams.
Committed to holistic leadership development, Stefanie integrates embodied mindfulness and emotional awareness into her coaching. A dedicated yoga practitioner passionate about making a meaningful impact, she also volunteers with the Humanitarian Coaching Network, where she helps humanitarian aid works drive positive change in their organizations and communities.
PILAR CABRAL MAJEROVIC

Pilar is an executive business and team coach, coaching trainer, mentor, and leadership lecturer. Certified by Erickson International and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the PCC level, she is also trained in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). Pilar brings a practical and results-driven approach to leadership development—shaped by two decades in managerial roles across telecommunications and hospitality.

A true global citizen, Pilar spent her formative years across Italy, the US, the UK, France, and Japan before making Zagreb, Croatia, her home. Fluent in five languages, she coaches in English, French and Croatian. She thrives on connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate leadership with greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

SUSANA CARVALHO

Susana is an accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified Senior Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching. With more than 25 years of experience in HR Management Consulting and Human Capital Development, she focuses on the critical role of leadership in driving cultural transformation and organisational development. Susana has been a faculty member at the College of Social Sciences and Humanities at Universidade Nova de Lisboa for the past 20 years, at Nova SBE Executive Education since 2020, and at the Presencing Institute since 2021, actively contributing to the global Theory U community.

Believing that human and economic development are deeply interdependent – just like leadership development and business growth – Susana shapes her work around this holistic view of transformation. From 2014 to 2022, she served as the Leadership Circle Ambassador in Portugal and remains an active member of the international Leadership Circle Practitioners community. Based in Lisbon, Susana coaches in Portuguese and English.

Gaëlle is an Executive Leadership and Team coach, as well as a training and co-development facilitator. Certified by Erickson International and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the MCC level, she specializes in facilitating leadership development and driving sustainable transformation within teams and organizations. Gaëlle is accredited in an array of transformative tools - such as the Leadership Circle Profile, DISC Assessments, Immunity to Change, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Barrett Values- enabling her to guide leaders through deep, systemic change.

Drawing on her background as a Medical Doctor leading emergency service, Gaëlle has honed a leadership style that builds trust, empowers teams, and targets ambitious shared goals. Based in Bordeaux, Gaëlle coaches in French and English.

Christelle partners with leaders at all levels around the globe, helping them amplify their impact, performance, satisfaction and resilience. Through deeper awareness, conscious choices and focused actions, she guides clients to explore and refine their authentic leadership style, driving meaningful transformation particularly during significant transition periods. Valued for her warm yet challenging approach, Christelle excels at cutting through the noise to get to the essence. She brings a flair for fostering creative, exploratory spaces, balanced by structure and clarity in complex situations.
Originally from France, and now based in the UK, Christelle has 20 years of diverse multinational corporate experience across various industries & functions, a multicultural background, along with a passion for building sustainable environments. Fluent in French and English, she also supports clients with neurodiverse cognitive styles such as ADHD.
As an ICF professional certified coach (PCC) and facilitator, Christelle anchors her practice in neuroscience, adult development, behavioural psychology and systemic & somatic leadership approaches to inspire and support long lasting change. This holistic style helps individuals and teams evolve intentionally, bringing out their untapped potential and empowering them to move forward with purpose.
